These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbqjee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the xbqjee website located at https://xbqjee.com, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels operated under the xbqjee brand.
These Terms apply to all forms of access to and use of the xbqjee platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other internet-connected device. These Terms apply equally to all players regardless of the city or division of Bangladesh from which they access the platform.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
xbqjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email to the address registered on their account and via a notice displayed upon the next xbqjee login. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of the updated document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, tournament terms, or promotional conditions that may apply to specific products or offers on the xbqjee platform. Where specific rules exist for a particular product, those rules supplement these Terms and should be read alongside them.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register an account and use the xbqjee platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. xbqjee enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all registered accounts. Underage gambling is a serious harm and xbqjee has zero tolerance for it.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.

- You must have only one registered account on the xbqjee platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
- You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the xbqjee platform or any other gambling platform operating under a shared responsible gaming framework.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification
xbqjee conducts age and identity verification ("KYC") as part of its standard account management process. We reserve the right to request supporting documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point before or after the xbqjee login is established. Any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.
If we identify or have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately. Account Registration

Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the xbqjee platform. If we identify that a player holds more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at our discretion, and permanently ban the player from future registration. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be considered fraudulently obtained and all associated winnings will be void.
Account Verification and KYC
xbqjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with responsible gambling and financial crime prevention best practice. Verification may be requested at registration, before a first withdrawal, upon significant deposit activity, or at any point at our discretion. Required documents may include:

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the xbqjee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). xbqjee does not apply any platform-side transaction fee to standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond xbqjee's control.

Deposit Conditions
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. xbqjee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual will be returned and your account may be subject to review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the xbqjee cashier at the time of each transaction and are subject to change.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team and processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier — typically within a few hours for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification before processing if the account has not previously completed full KYC, if the withdrawal amount is materially higher than historical deposit activity, or if there is any active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to your balance.
xbqjee reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that we have reasonable grounds to believe may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to address our concerns before any final decision is made.
Currency and Exchange
The xbqjee platform operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to any transaction. All game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawal totals are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka at all times. Players funding their account via Visa or Mastercard issued outside Bangladesh should be aware that their card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee — this is outside xbqjee's control and is the player's sole responsibility.
Bonuses and Promotions
xbqjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Bangladesh players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by xbqjee carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be staked before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., "30x bonus amount") is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in. Only real-money stakes placed in qualifying games contribute to wagering requirements; stakes placed with bonus funds may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated for each bonus — expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
Bonus Abuse
xbqjee monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse — including low-margin wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, staking patterns that suggest play is motivated solely by bonus clearing rather than genuine entertainment, and coordinated activity across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, xbqjee reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings, adjust wagering requirement contributions, and in repeat cases, restrict future bonus eligibility or close the account.
Promotion Eligibility
Promotions are available to eligible registered xbqjee accounts only. Some promotions may be restricted to players who have completed full KYC verification, who have not previously claimed the same offer, or who meet specific deposit or activity thresholds. Promotion eligibility criteria are stated in the individual offer terms. xbqjee's decision on promotion eligibility is final.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim a new player welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the xbqjee platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one xbqjee account, whether under your own name or using false or borrowed identity information.
- Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another individual.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features, including in live casino and sports betting markets.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with xbqjee games or betting markets without express written permission from xbqjee.
- Arbitrage and exploit betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or platform vulnerabilities for guaranteed profit.
- Money laundering: Using the xbqjee platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds from any unlawful activity. xbqjee operates robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting xbqjee support to resolve the matter. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.
- Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing xbqjee staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
xbqjee reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take appropriate action — up to and including permanent account closure and legal proceedings — where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected. All enforcement decisions made by xbqjee in response to breaches of this section are final.
Account Suspension and Closure
xbqjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
- Reasonable belief that the account is held by a person under the age of 18
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
- Regulatory or legal requirement to do so
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the voluntary closure of their xbqjee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
xbqjee provides self-exclusion as a responsible gaming tool. Players who wish to restrict their access to the platform due to concerns about their gambling behaviour may activate self-exclusion directly from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the selected period. xbqjee will use all reasonable technical measures to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform, including blocking new registrations using known identity information.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months and the account balance is zero. Dormant accounts may be closed without further notice. Accounts with a remaining real-money balance after 12 months of inactivity will be subject to a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 BDT, deducted from the balance until either the player reactivates the account or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbqjee's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or betting service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their xbqjee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xbqjee shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether xbqjee had been advised of their possibility:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings
- Loss of data or corruption of data
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, internet outages, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action)
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your xbqjee login credentials
- Losses arising from reliance on any information, game result, or odds displayed on the platform where such display resulted from a manifest error
Manifest Errors
xbqjee reserves the right to void any bet, game result, or transaction that was placed or settled as a result of a manifest error — including obvious pricing mistakes, technical glitches affecting game outcomes, or incorrect odds posted in our sports betting markets. In the event of a manifest error, xbqjee will endeavour to restore all affected accounts to the position they were in immediately before the error occurred. xbqjee's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final.
Governing Language and Jurisdiction
These Terms are drafted in English. All disputes, claims, or questions arising from your use of xbqjee shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. xbqjee is committed to resolving all player complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. For players in Bangladesh, xbqjee aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 days of receipt.
Nothing in this section limits xbqjee's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
